A future-proof IT landscape plays an essential role in supporting our growth and ambitions.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"wat-ga-je-doen\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What will you do?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Transformation Director \/ Programme Director, you will be responsible during this temporary assignment for steering and overseeing key insurance-related transformation initiatives within Ecclesia. Your focus will be on change within IT, Data and Project &amp; Change, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, insurance operations and execution.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will operate in a complex insurance environment where processes, data, systems and regulatory requirements are closely interconnected. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, (higher) management and operational teams to ensure structured delivery of transformation programmes that directly impact insurance operations and client processes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your responsibilities include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leading and overseeing complex insurance and change programmes\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Providing direction to IT and Project &amp; Change teams\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Establishing governance, structure and ways of working within transformation initiatives\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Translating strategic objectives into concrete insurance processes and system improvements\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring alignment and working closely with Data &amp; Business Intelligence to support and implement data strategy\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Leading implementation and optimization of systems and processes\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working with commonly used insurance and business applications such as Anva, Microsoft 365 and VobeSoft\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Driving optimization across insurance value chains such as policy administration, claims-related processes, service delivery and operational workflows\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring alignment between business strategy, insurance operations and IT execution\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Working closely with senior management, Data, IT and business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of change\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applying structured delivery approaches such as Agile\/Scrum where appropriate\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Managing dependencies, risks, budgets and progress across multiple workstreams\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Advising management on risks, priorities and opportunities within insurance transformation\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-style-blocky has-white-color has-ecclesia-background-color has-text-color has-background has-link-color wp-elements-adfef009e8516edba1111547a1b276fd is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\" data-aos=\"fade\" data-aos-delay=\"400\" data-aos-duration=\"1450\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-7387b849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 id=\"wie-ben-jij\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Who are you?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are an experienced transformation or programme leader with a strong background in insurance or similarly regulated environments.
